‘Evolution’ explores the gradual process of growth and becoming as we navigate the ever-changing sea of life. Each surfer represents a different point in the journey- from learning simply to stay afloat, to finding the strength to rise, to eventually finding balance and moving with the wave. The piece reflects the idea that life is constantly changing. We cannot control every wave that comes our way, but we can learn how to navigate them.
