Flow State

The Flow State collection is series of paintings that abstractly depicts the beauty of nature, capturing moments of complete focus and pure enjoyment, when movement becomes seamless and the mind escapes distraction, time, and self-doubt.

This collection tries to convey that state of extreme focus you get when you are doing a sport that you love, where your problems seem to melt away and all that matters is the here and now. Sport is and always has been a big part of my life, a time when I can naturally switch off from the rest of the world and fill my body with endorphins.

I hope this collection reminds people of the good times they have had in flow state or inspire those yet to find it to begin their search for it.
